Committee for International Co-operation Between Cotton Associations

If an arbitration award is not fulfilled, then the party having an award in its favour should tell the association concerned. It may then be possible to circulate the name of the party as having failed to fulfil an award, not only within the membership of that Association but also to all other CICCA Members. So far as is legally possible a CICCA Member Association will discipline any member firm that fails to comply with a proper arbitration award made by it or by any other CICCA Member. The Associations may also discipline those members who trade with companies on the Unfulfilled Awards List.
